May 6th
Team Photos will be Tuesday, May 12th. Individual photos will start at 4:30 pm and the team photo will start around 5:30 pm. Please arrive no later than 5:15.
- There is no practice on May 12th due to photos
- NEW THIS SEASON. Orders can be placed ahead of time, details below. Orders may also be placed at the pool
- Captains for various volunteer positions have been contacted. They will be reaching out to all of their volunteers in the next week. We will host a volunteer meeting during Team Photos on Tuesday. Please do your best to attend
- Changes to practice will be sent via Remind. PLEASE make sure you have joined. Text @mstcsw to 81010. If you are still receiving errors, Remind helpdesk has suggested that you make sure to download the App
DELIVERY OF PICTURES: All picture orders will be mailed directly to each swimmer's home and will include two free photo buttons. Turnaround for delivery is typically 2 -1/2 weeks from picture day.
I’ve attached a copy of the Sportography order form for swim clubs and the credit/debit card payment form. Cash and checks are also accepted, but cash should be exact change. Credit/debit card payments can also be swiped at the shoot.
Sportography also has an Advance Order & Pay option for those wishing to avoid paperwork on picture day. If this option is used, please PRINT your receipt and bring a copy to the check in table.
